Monsoon: Steak and Sushi brings some of the finest traditions of Asian cooking together with ground-breaking modern design elements. Our space, housed inside the historic 1917 Bank of Babylon headquarters, takes you from old world charm on the exterior to modern sensibilities inside. 40 foot-high ceilings frame a bar with room for large cocktail parties or a great space to greet your guests prior to your event. Monsoon has the ability to host parties of all shapes and sizes in any of our party rooms. Monsoon can offer you a price fixed menu for your group or you can simply join us on a weekend night with 20 of your closest friends and enjoy a menu specifically designed for sharing and large groups. Our space has several smaller rooms that can be used for parties of 15 to 50, or the entire space is available for buyouts.

Upstairs at Monsoon
The Chef’s Room at Monsoon: Asian Steak and Sushi can accommodate groups of 15 to 40. It offers a unique chance to watch the kitchen work through the full-length kitchen viewing window. The room also has a build in screen for any of your presentation needs.
The Private Room Experience at Monsoon
The Tokyo Room is bookended by two display screens that can be used for your presentation or to show home movies or the big game. The room can be split into two for smaller gatherings, if you desire more intimacy.

Our unique setting allows you to customize the space specifically for your needs. Our chef’s room provides a glass enclosed peek into the kitchen. Partitions allow us to the flexibility to create spaces for large or small gatherings. An event at Monsoon can be as big or as small as you want; our specialty is creating innovative events that reflect the personality of the host.

Monsoon’s Typhoon Bar & Lounge is not only known for its beauty, but for the depth and breadth of our world class beverage program. Our experienced bartenders can create unique cocktails to enchant your guests or we can develop a custom menu based on our world class beverage and wine lists.
